Haunted Places In Eastern Maryland

La Manga

La Manga is the perfect place to learn to kite. Covered to the waist, no waves, no rocks, normally soft wind ....

Grandchildren.
Good site with easterly wind.
Onshore wind gusting a little (but good wind in general).
The water is a bit choppy, with very small waves followed, but basically it's quite comfortable to navigate, very well.
In almost all the area will cover the water around her waist. This together with the Onshore wind and no waves make it perfect for learning to kite, and also to practice freestyle tricks ...

The "beach" is very small (there are beach, the rest is just shore), with little room to ride and make kites, but as the water does not cover you can remove them from the water.
No stones on the shore, as much a bush ...

I'd say it's a great place to learn.
Sometimes there are many people in the water, especially people learning that take up much room. But no problem, there are waaaaay space, you can go anywhere and find your niche.

A great place ... when there is wind, of course. The

Narejos.
Good site with easterly wind.
Side wind, a little gusty (but good wind).
fairly flat water, was somewhat choppy, but basically flat. Covers
little in most of the area (at waist).
The "little beach" is fine, no place to lay your kite, a boardwalk a few feet very cool ...
the water (but not the edge) is a stone with which we must be careful, because it covers little. There are enough people doing
kite, and when the wind side gives the impression of being somewhat less secure than their grandchildren, if you mount it wrong you can end up in a small port with ships are a few meters down wind ...
But Spot is fine, the truth is that I liked.
To navigate I like Los Nietos, but the truth is that in the Narejos there as more atmosphere and a very nice little beach.

Deer Island
This is where you navigate to the west.
say they are the best conditions in La Manga.
I can not say anything because I have never sailed. When wind comes here often also enter Mojácar, so ...
I was only once, with a crazy wind with peaks of at least 50 knots, without exaggeration. He was a 6-meter kite, but I dared not remove because there was no sailing ... that day flew advertising posters, all the Manga was brown dust rose ... haha! Gale often. It was scary.
But it is not typical of the Manga, it was a wind storm to those that advertise on the news.
